It’s great to see that we are making the news in this months Showhouse!

Firstly for the role that we played in the highly successful Barratt London Landmark Place development , where our PelicanElite app was commissioned to interact with the innovative architectural model built by Thorp Modelmakers. Providing a truly interactive experience, imagery is brought to life through animation, enhancing the digital experience and the stunning panoramic view photography really shows the experience of living there. In addition, the app’s ability to interact with our unique PelicanBlackbox means it’s designed to change the presentation experience, wirelessly enabling control of multiple iPads without the need for people to crowd around a single device. This has proven to be a huge success with agents overseas.

Secondly we appeared in their New Homes Technology News feature talking about the imminent launch of our industry- first voice controlled software that will feature across the range of PelicanBase, PelicanPro and PelicanElite apps. Sales consultants will be able to speak to the devices they use in the marketing suite, issuing instructions and making requests, for example, to bring up floor plans, CGI’s and comparison between properties instantly. Maybe even requesting a cup of tea?
