We’re pleased to announce our latest and most efficient digital tool for residential sales – PelicanLITE. The software is an affordable and efficient option for displaying attractive and engaging content on an iPad that showcases a development as well as its local area, typically costing less and taking less time required to produce a traditional marketing brochure.
PelicanLITE has been designed to enhance the selling experience by delivering up-to-date development information, including images, site plans, floor plans and an availability schedule. The majority of the information can be instantly updated by the sales team from a content management system (CMS), an environmentally-friendly alternative to costly reprints of marketing collateral.
The design of PelicanLITE means it can be ready to use far quicker than other interactive sales tools and printed brochures, meaning sales teams can access a portable sales tool quickly and easily which will enable them to sell homes anywhere, at events or even overseas. The software is flexible for incorporating changes too; additional features can be added when required, including our bespoke technology that is available through our other digital applications.
The selling experience can be enhanced through additional features such as multiple galleries, so a homebuyer can ‘save’ favourite homes and interactive location information powered by Google Maps.
A live availability feature is included to inform the user of the current status of homes for sale, which can be also be showcased on the digital site plan, which negates the need for large printed site plans that can be a hassle to fix to a wall.
Furthermore, different homes can be compared side-by-side, including room layouts and sizes. Potential homebuyers will then have the opportunity to filter their preferred homes and email this information to themselves via the app, which ensures the sales team can easily capture contact information.
The impressive display of the PelicanLITE features can also be projected onto an additional TV screen – enabling the sales team to present to a wider audience. The TV screen can also be adapted to become touch screen, meaning buyers can interact with both the TV and the iPad. If an architectural model is present in a marketing suite or event space, PelicanLITE can also illuminate a specific home depending on which property is selected on the app.
